He is having expertise in training and working as national level trainer for NRHM in MP. He started his carrier with Literacy project. After that he successfully implement various projects related the Women SHGs and livelihood in Chhatarpur district of Madhya Pradesh. He is associated with Sankalp looking few projects.   

She is associate with Sankalp for last 13 Years and working for women rights, gender equality with special focus on rights of single and muslim women. She is also working for Chanderi Saree Weavers rights.

He is working as Chief Functionary and founder of the Sankalp Samaj Sevi Sanstha and having rich experience of various issues specially on Child Rights, Malnutrition, Education and HIV/AIDs. From last 28 years he is working with Sankalp and associate with many national and state level  networks and forums. 

He is a business man and having concern for overall development of weaker section of the society. He provide food, cloths to homeless individuals.  He also helps in Sankalp Financial issues and day to day management as well mobilizing resource, donations.  

He is having more than 20 years working experience in social sector specially on Health, Water and Sanitation(WASH). He is National Trainer for CLTS and working with FHI 360 India. He  is supporting us in our WASH initiatives as well Capacity Building of Sankalp Team. 

She is working as freelance social worker and supports Sankalp Samaj Sevi Sanstha in administrative work as well mobilizing resources for new initiatives. She is associate with few NGOs working on mental health, unorganized sector labour.

She is working as Women Right Activist at Sheopur District of Madhya Pradesh and presently working as Counselor at One Stop Crises Center to support victim of Domestic Violence. She is having experience on child malnutrition and adolescents health and hygiene.
